Stay at All Season Guest House in Oxford, UK I am very upset by this email. I have never been able to stay on all season , they "kicked me" out at 12 o'clock on the street because they had "no room for me". Unbelievable how a place like All season in guest house" in Oxford calls itself a hotel does so with people: I booked my room by the internet a month in advance, left my credit card number and information and I went to the "hotel" at 23:15 . An unprofessional person (client / residents) who speaks poor English, said : "Mr Mohammad, sorry we don't have room for you". "Please try to find out another hotel, good luck". Together with my professor from Cambridge University. we were totally shocked and did not believe that it was true. I went out with my bags at 23:50 and waited about 15 minutes before I found a taxi that took me to another hotel (Travel Lodge) which was very good. In addition to inconvenience and "shock" I had to pay hotel room 57 pounds + Taxi (11 +21 pounds). The professor told me the day after at our meeting at

Stay - Saturday 8th Dec 2012 I stayed with my husband and two friends last night and I was absolutely disgusted with the standard of the room we were given. We were put in room 2 in the building out of the back of the main house. Once in the room, there were no towels and also only one cup - this was sorted out fairly quickly by the lady who was working there at the time. As we started to get ready for our evening out we started to notice other things in the room that were not acceptable. After using and flushing the toilet we noticed that it started to leak out from the bottom causing toilet water to spread out on to the bathroom floor. This happened every time the toilet was flushed and was very unhygienic. The level of cleanliness in the bathroom was also not good at all - on the shelves there was a thick layer of dust. However the most worrying and potentially dangerous issue was the broken socket on the wall underneath the television. Part of the socket cover had broken off which exposed the wires behind it.

Refund - disappointing stay Hello I stayed at the All Seasons Guest House last Saturday night. While the welcome was very nice, I did express my disappointment on checking out and I wondered whether it would be possible to get a refund for my stay. The room I stayed in was no-where near like the pictures on your website - in fact, it was one of the most grotty rooms I have ever stayed in. There are big layers of dust everywhere - not just in my room - and that is not good for anyone's health. There was also mould in my friend's room. I know the sheets had been washed, but it was very clear that only a minimal amount of cleaning had been done and that the property is not regularly maintained. I didn't even stay for breakfast as I just wanted to leave. I would be very grateful if you could offer me a refund. I have since seen other reviews of the guesthouse and know I'm not the only one who has been disappointed. I stayed in the ground floor room at the front of the property. Many thanks Dawn

cancellation I was really not impressed by your cancellation policy. I booked a double room for my daughter and her partner and her 3 month old baby and a single room for myself for one night on Saturday 1st Oct as we were guests at a wedding nearby. When I booked the rooms I asked for a cot in the double room to be made available but was told that you don't do cots even though it says you do on your website. I offered to bring a travel cot with us and was told it would cost me £15 for the priviledge! I was told that if we were to cancel we would need to give 72 hours notice otherwise there would be a charge. At no time was I told that the full amount for the rooms was to be charged. I was only told this fact when I tried to cancel due to my daughter being taken ill and having to be hospitalised. Unfortunately her illness did not give us 72 hours notice so we could not give 72 hours notice to you as her legal next of kin I had to be at the hospital with her. Could you give us information how much does it cost to drive from Birmingham Airport to you Hotel, and is it better to take taxi from airport or is it more convenient to order it form Oxford?
