All bookings are subject to the following conditions. i. Bookings are accepted with one of the following options:
Our cancellation policy is that any cancellations should be given with 72 hours notice prior to the stay. ii. Payment may be made with cash, cheque with cheque guarantee card and Credit or Debit cards, currently Visa, Mastercard, Access, Visa Delta and Switch. Credit cards incur a 2.5% bank charge. iii. Payments should be made upon arrival or during check-in. iv. We will, on request, invoice for amounts above £100. Invoices are payable within one month of the invoice date, usually the end of the stay. Late payment of invoice is subject to 5% per month. v. All late payments, however caused, are subject to a £20 administration charge and 5% per month surcharge. vi. Damages or theft of All Seasons Guest House property are subject to charges for repair or replacement at our discretion. vii. All costs incurred in the recovery of monies due will be added to the amount owed. These cost will include all legal fees, debt collection fees, small claims fees, sundry disbursements, late payment surcharge under section iii & iv and any other amounts spent in the recovery of the debt. viii. Whilst every precaution is taken to provide for the security and comfort of our Guests, Guests are responsible for their own property and person. Any loss, damage, theft or accident should be reported immediately. iv. The person or persons making the booking are jointly and severally liable in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herewith. The above terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted when the booking is made. |
