All Seasons Guest House Term and Conditions:

Thank you for choosing to book with All Seasons Guest House.  We look forward to welcoming you.  When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us.  Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

1. Prcies:  The price includes accommodation plus any board indicated and VAT. Breakast is optional.  Unless clearly stated on the booking form all extras such as additional meals, telephone, drinks etc are additional.  We accept the following forms of payment:cash, cheque with bankers card, debit cards, credit cards. Credit cards incur 2.5% surcharge.

2.Cancellation and Insurance: Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. Our cancellation policy for booking less than five days is that any cancellations should be given with 48 hours notice prior to the stay . For any booking over five days, it will incur one night deposit charge which is non-refundable.  We do urge you to take out travel insurance at the time of booking.

3.Non-availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control.  We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you.  Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

4.Check-in time:  Chek-in time is from 3:00pm to 10:30pm  If you want to cheak in before 3:00pm or after 10:30 pm, please give us a cal in advance. Your bill banlance for the accommodation is payable on arrival.

5.Check-out time: Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your any extras services taken during your stay is payable on departure.

6.Damages ,Breakages an Key lost: Please take care with our accommodation facilities. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the room including any accidents that may occur.  If any damage is caused you are responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair. The costs will be taken from the credit card used to secure the booking or pay for the stay. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your stay. One key lost will incure £25 charge for a replacement.

7.Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

8.Parking: We provide free parking at the rear of the Guest House to our guests. It is guest own risk to park at the Guest House.

9.Internet Access: We provide free wireless access internet. Please make sure your laptop  and mobile devices have wireless function.One PC is available for customers to check email and browse internet. As the service is beyond our control,we could not guarantee internet access quality.

10:No Smoking: All public areas and guest bedrooms in side the building are non smoking. Should you found to be smoking in your room a charge of £100 will be made to your credit card to cover the extra cleaning of furnishings and fabrics.

11:Pets: Pets are not permitted.
